This waterfront villa is just an 8 minute stroll to a beautiful beach, a five minute fun golf cart ride to the shops and bars and just a step outside to your own private mooring.

You could easily spend your whole holiday here - the sweeping south finger beach is stunning, made lively by the choice of beach activities. Alternatively there is a ferry from the Harbour which in 50 minutes will take you to the tranquil island of Barbuda with its gorgeous pink sand beaches.

But we advise you hire a car and make a point of visiting at least one new beach per day or, if you like a more active holiday take a trip down fig tree drive to the rainforest safari an exhilarating adventure that will appeal to all. A visit to Paddles at Seatons is an absolute must especially for the environmentally aware.

Frontage facing 'the Sleeping Indian' -a lush mountain range. Views over the Harbour waterfronts and out to the smoking volcano at Montserrat in the far distance.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, flying, cycling, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

JAYNE says: "The villa was very well furnished and homely and surprisingly spacious. There are nice views from the balcony overlooking the water. A car or buggy definately needed as quite a long walk to the shops and bars and bus service not always working. I would definately stay again"
