It also has a beautiful marina where all manner of boating persuits can be had.

A luxurious 2 storey village house, equipped to a high standard. The property consists of a good size lounge / diner with a balcony overlooking the sea. Equipped with satellite TV in several languages. DVD player. Dining table for 8 persons. Well appointed kitchen. 2 ensuite bedrooms, which can be made up as either twins or double. Air conditioning keeps the property cool in summer and warm in winter. Car parking is in a car port on the property. The communal pool is within beautifully landscaped gardens.
 

There is an internet cafe in Odiaxere, 5 minutes away from the property, who currently charge internet access at 2 euros per hour. A weekly service is provided to clean and to change the bed linen and towels.

The village house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the can be put in the twin room- it is a Z-bed, 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the village house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The village house has dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The village house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
