This beautiful detached Villa is set in an extremely quiet and serene area, absolutely ideal for a relaxing ‘getaway from it all’ holiday. There are magnificent and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, mountains and fairways from the terrace and private swimming pool area of this Villa.

The Villa is very spacious, well decorated and furnished, light and airy.

The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedroom has twin beds and there is an additional family bathroom. The Villa also comprises of a lounge, dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. In the lounge is a satellite TV system picking up BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4.


To one end of the swimming pool there is a large patio area for basking in the sunshine, and for those who prefer some respite from the sun there's a sheltered archway housed with garden furniture.

Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and Amarilla’s golfing club house where you can hire golf clubs to play a few rounds of golf on the fairways.

A couple of minutes drive away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.

Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulnes of La Quinta Villa and the resort of Amarilla Golf. 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided crockery, cooking utensils.

Chris says: ""I'll try to cover as much as possible as i am a firm believer in others feedback being an excellent judge of whether i would select a property. First impressions: We arrived after dark and with reasonable ease found la quinta from provided directions. this property is not easily identified from the road but we were quickly inside and very impressed. Living areas: The sitting / kitchen area is a really good size, i would estimate 35ft by 20ft. The furniture is in excellent condition, very comfy sofas and all mod cons in the kitchen inc microwave and that godsend when holidaying with a small baby, a washing machine! Bedrooms: Both adequately furnished, we found the bed absolutley fine. Plenty of wardrobe space and a well appointed ensuite. The inlaws room was in good order as well and their bathroom was also clean and tidy. Outside: Obviously a very important part of the holiday, this was fantastic. Large pool cleaned twice in the week. 4 loungers and 2 tables with chairs. We spent many hours lazing around and there was even a bar-b-q that we used several times. The view down to the ocean was great, a real highlight. Amenities: Golf on your doorstep, expensive but thats nothing to do with the villa obviously. It was about a 3min walk to the rocks at the bottom of the road and the fishing there was great, again many hours with the lagers down there. As the ad clearly says a car is recommened although in walking distance is a really decent chinese restuarant, one or two other nice restaurants and a couple of bars. Best bits: Shaded area near pool ideal for babies and non sun worshippers Proximity to ocean / beach Size of property for cost Overall: Absolutely superb value for money. We had a great time. Highly recommended." "
