The Villa:
This is a stunning brand new 2 villa - newly completed in April 07 - and presented in immaculate condition.
The villa sleeps up to 6 people. It has 1 double ensuite room, 1 twin room, a large family bathroom with an "over the bath" shower & sleeps another 2 people on a sofa bed in the lounge. We can also supply a "Z bed" & a cot.
As you walk into the main entrance of the villa you will immediately see it oozes clas. The front doors take you into the lounge where you will see that no expense has been spared on the furnishings and decor.
2 sets of patio doors at the front of the villa lead from the bedrooms on to the patios shaded by a Jacaranda tree. The master bed has a lovely huge ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower & two sinks. Sliding doors lead out to a patio at the front.
The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and shares large family bathroom.
The kitchen is absolutely immaculate as every unit and appliance is brand new. Doors from the kitchen also lead to the pool area.
The swimming pool is 8m x 4m & the water is heated to a very comfortable 26-28 degrees all year. At the bottom of the steps, the pool is 3' deep going down to 5' towards the middle.
Just a short walk away from the Villa is the Golf del Sur's main shopping centre (San Blas) where you will find nightly entertainment outside the many bars/restaurants. The centre of San Blas also has several shops including gifts/souvenirs, clothes, perfume, video hire, supermarket, chemist and even a doctors surgery.
For the avid golfer there is a 27 hole golf course with club house. Ideally located, Alamos Park is just a short walk away from the course.

joanna says: "We found the property exellent in everyway from the facilities to the decor. The villa is well situated with a short work to the bars and restaurants of san blas square. It is tastefully decorated with attention to detail. The master bedroom and en-suite were superb!. The swimming pool and patio area was lovely and was secluded from the neighbours. We managed to book a car from island car hire through villa renters, the whole process was very smooth with the car awaiting us at the airport and then driving us back to the airport!
We would definitely book the whole package again. Very impressed."
