Each single storey 3 bedroom Cottage is luxuriously appointed with master bedroom with shower ensuite, 2 twin bedrooms, main bathroom with jacuzzii bath and shower, large living/dining area, with TV & Hi Fi system, fully fitted kitchen, patio and barbeque area. On-site facilities include a heated outdoor swimming pool (open July & August), Two 5 star tennis courts, childrens playground, walled garden and golf course over the road. There is an onsite coin operated Self Service Laundrette for your convenience. 

Youghal is a beautiful and historic town with lots to see and do for all the family. The surrounding areas of Cork and Waterford are right at hand and present other great days out. Making Youghal the ideal base to tour the south of Ireland.

The cottage comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The cottage has television. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this cottage.

The cottage is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, sea views, panoramic views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking.

The cottage is right beside swimming, fishing, walking, tennis, a food shop.

Close to the cottage you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, horse riding, golf, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the cottage you will find scuba diving, a zoo.
