Kalkan is an old fishing town, and the only safe harbor between Kaº and Fethiye famous for its white-washed houses, descending to the sea, and its brightly colored bougainvilleas.

The town has a beach, a selection of private beach clubs that will provide free transportation and is also in easy reach of Patara and Kaputas beaches. 

The town house is in the heart of old Kalkan village and just a few steps away from the many restaurants, shops and other facilities. Should you prefer to dine at home, the roof terrace and pool terrace will provide al fresco dining facilities for those warm summer evenings. There is a kitchenette on the roof terrace for ease of catering and also a bar-b-que for out doors cooking.

The accomodation is stylish, modern and unfussy and will provide a comfortable stay for a party of up to 4.

Transfers from Dalaman can be arranged on request. Anything else you think you might need for your stay with us, please ask and we will do our best to accomodate. 

Each bedroom has a private balcony. A light cleaning service will be provided with linen and towel changed weekly. Beach towels provided too.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Lesley & Graham says: "The Villa was very comfortable and had everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. The pool was wonderful and very welcoming after a day out! The location of the villa was also excellent and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a couple of minutes into the centre of Kalkan. A really minor comment is that we thought the area around the pool could be better looked after and could perhaps benefit from a little more attention from the pool man."
