This spacious apartment offers 2 double bedrooms,large living room , bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen which includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven & Ceramic hob.

The utility room houses the ironing board and cot with bedding if required.



 

The lounge has two sofas and a dining area. Facilities include a Flat screen TV and DVD recorder, CD Hifi. There is also a lovely balcony with table and chairs overlooking a quiet private courtyard.

The apartment is `traversant`( Reaches from front to back of the building) thus giving it a gentle breeze in the height of summer.

The 2 large bedrooms both have balconies facing south and are overlooking the Avenue Georges Clemenceau.

The apartment is accessed by a coded doorway and features a glorious elevator in the hallway. The building also has a concierge. 

If you require there are luggage lockers available at the Railway Station ( 7 Mins walk away ).

Also from here you are able to catch the No 99 bus which is a direct service to the airport. It takes 15 Mins and leaves every 30 mins. 

All bed linen to all beds is provided.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 4 people.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. The supermarket was within walking distance and every morning my husband sped off to collect the croissants and bread on his own.
