Mandria is a quiet traditional village and farming community but is within easy access of the hustle and bustle of Paphos. The walk to the beach is approximately 10 minutes and is along a single track road passed open fields and is very flat. The secluded beach is a mix of pebbles & sand and it is not unusual to be the only people down there. The garden area to the apartment is 35 sqm and is south facing. Overall this is defintely a place to chill out. Some building work has commenced nearby, but this has not spoilt our guests enjoyment of the apartment or of the amenities at Zephyros Village 2.
 

Within the village there are two restaurants, one taverna, a fish & chip restaurant/take away and two mini-markets. There are several villages between Mandria and Paphos and each with there own tavernas. All serving reasonably priced traditional food. Geroskipou is the nearest larger town and it has shops, supermarkets, internet cafe, bakeries selling fresh bread and delicious pastries. Timi village which is minutes away from Mandria has a regular Sunday market, where you can buy local produce, bric a brac, cakes etc.. The beach at Mandria is ideal for fishing, snorkelling and diving. Secret Valley and Aphroditie Hills Golf courses are between 10 - 15 minutes away. For scuba diving enthusiasts Cydive based in Paphos offer 10% discount to guests staying at this apartment. 

Due to Mandrias proximity a car is recommended, although there is a bus service into Paphos. There are plenty of taxi companies to choose from, one in particular offers visitors to this apartment reduced rates. Driving in Cyprus is easy, especially as they drive on the left. Mandria is ideally situated for sight seeing, the motorway is only a few minutes away and this will take you from east to west of Cyprus. There is always something to do or somewhere to go. For car hire there are a lot of websites, one that we have used and have found to be competitively priced is www.economycarrentals.com. 

4 Sun loungers, BBQ, patio table & 4 chairs, beach towels, safe, fly screens. Smoking is allowed in the garden area but not inside. For rentals between 10-14 days bed linen & towels will be changed mid-way through your stay (this is included in the price). If you require the apartment to be cleaned at the same time there will be an additional charge for this. A welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, butter & bread can be requested - payable locally. If you require any additional items please advise by final payment.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside walking.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, swimming, water skiing, fishing, horse riding, golf, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find scuba diving.

Boat trips from paphos harbour, paragliding, go-karting, waterpark , scuba-diving.
