Furnished with precious antique furnishings from the 18th and 19th centuries, Villa Palazzo offers a relaxing environment full of charm. The surrounding property is part garden, part olive and cypress grove and part woods. The completely enclosed garden has ancient trees and delightful Mediterranean plants, a 6x12 mt. swimming-pool for guests' exclusive use, and various spacious well-equipped areas for relaxation and for romantic dinners by candlelight. In the garden there are a lot of comfortable sofas, a ping pong table and a corner with toys for kids. All the equippement necessary for the kids are at the guests disposal.  

On the ground floor of villa there is a large living room with several doors onto the gardens, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and a large fire place, a billiard room with another fireplace and a small wine-cellar for guest use with a wide range of special Italian wines (not included in the rental fee) and a bathroom with shower. A utility room is equipped with washer, dryer, and iron. There is a separate area where guests can work at a lap-top in comfort and quiet.
 

On the first floor of the Villa there are two double bedrooms with two bathrooms with shower and bathtube (one of these is a jacuzzi). There is a twin bedroom with bathroom ,shower and bath tube, and another twin bedroom with a fabulous terrace which looks out onto the swimming pool.On the second floor of Villa there are one double bedroom with bathroom, shower and bathtube and one three single beds rooms with bathroom with shower. There is a large recreation room with separate spa dry sauna and shower, separate gym and private body treatment area
 

For families with children ALL ameneties are provided including Highchairs, Playpens, Carriages, Sterilizer, Car-seats and Loungers small wine-cellar for guest use with a wide range of special Italian wines (not included in the rental fee) Safe Cleaning Service and Laundry staff (5 days per week 4 hours a day) Air conditioning everywhere

The villa has dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only and a fax machine. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 13 in the living room and 13 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided crockery, cooking utensils.
