Firstly, the apartment is managed by Philippe and his family.They own the on-site bistro / shop and are on call 24hours a day.You will have the pleasure to know that help is just a strool over to the bistro.This should help your trip be that bit more relaxing. They know the area very well and have vast knowledge of the area and traditions
The apartment is set on the 2nd floor.The balcony looks over the swimming pool area and gardens and also has country views.
The fabulous Cabo Nero golf course is just a 5 minute drive.The long golden sands on the 9k beach is a 15 - 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive.
There are plenty of places for sight seeing.Hire a car and youll find that other towns and villages of interest are all within an hours drive.Or use the local taxi drivers.You wont believe how cheap they are!
This really is a great place for the keen golfer, family or those who like to explore the wonders of Northern Morocco.
The complex has a new bistro / restaurant on site as well as a new shop for your basic foods and drinks.
There is a large swimming pool with a friendly childrens shallow pool.The surrounding area is green and has wonderful views all around.

Firstly we will not cram 6 people into our apatment by putting a sofa bed in the lounge area! 2 Double bedrooms means 4 people in comfort!
There is seating for 4 people at the patio table on the balcony.This is directly off the lounge area through the patio doors..The lounge has a comfortable corner unit sofa seating 6 in comfort.It has tv, DVD player and a music cd player.The kitchen is fully equiped and also has a microwave and washing machine.
You have a breakfast bar too which seats 4 in comfort.
The bathroom is equiped with a hot running shower.
The bedrooms are just off the lounge.1 has a quality double the other has 2 singles which can be pushed together.Both have built in wardrobes and bedside cabinates.
There is a travel cot for a baby too which is in the apartment and a highchair.
Fresh clean towels and linen are provided.
There is also air conditioning. 

There is the nice town of Mbiq which is only 5 minutes drive away which has just had a huge promenade put in place.There is also a brand new water park 10 minutes drive away.This is a great place for the kids....and adults!
Tetuoan is a 10 minute drive away in the opposite direction.Located near the Rif Mountains, its surrounded by some fantastic scenery.Tetouans landscape is very green and is also packed with orange, almond & cypress trees that contrast wildly against the dazzling white houses on the Dersa Hillside.
The City Centre is a delightful mix of tiny squares & narrow winding streets, with blueish white walls.
You can sit out in these idyllic squares after some shopping or sight seeing sipping coffee or chilled drinks.At night time the city comes to life with people.

The apartment also has cot and highchair. Philippe and his family who manage the complex are on hand 24hr, and can help arrange things like car hire, taxis and trips. They have lived there for 3 years and have a vast knowledge of the area, traditions and areas of interest.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
