This beautiful, luxury villa, newly upgraded during the winter of 2005/2006 with a luxury kitchen new utility room, lounge and hall. It is situated in an elevated position commanding breathtaking sea and mountain views in the exclusive resort complex of Torremuelle off the coast road just 20 minutes from Malaga airport.

It has its own private garden with a pear-shaped heated pool surrounded by a sun terrace. There is also a partly covered terrace and mirador. From all these places you can enjoy the superb views of the Mediterranean coastline in the foreground and the mountains as a backdrop. There is wonderful new gas barbecue by the pool and plenty of garden furniture for alfresco living.

 

It has four double bedrooms, three bathrooms (two en-suite), a fully fitted kitchen and a large sitting room/dining room with satellite TV video and CD player along with air-conditioning throughout. It has all the home comforts you could desire.

The bedrooms have twin beds and one has a double bed. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite. The local train station, Torremuelle, is 5 minutes walk and fast trains run every 30 minutes to both Malaga (including airport) and Fuengirola. The nearest beach is 10 minutes walk.

There is a supermarket 8 minutes walk as well as three good bars and restaurants. A car is recommended but not essential. This villa is exceptional and many who holiday here return time and time again.

 

Villa Hellan is quiet and private, yet five minutes drive from all the facilities of the Costa Del Sol. There is a railway station a few minutes walk with direct access from Malaga airport. The Villa has recently been extensively renovated with new bathrooms, new kitchen, new utility extension. The garden of the villa looks over the sea and wonderful sunsets can be enjoyed on the mountains from the garden and covered terrace of the property. Torremuelle is an old well established urbanisation so it is a green spacious and elegant area. There is a huge open air swimming pool in addition to the private pool, tennis courts, a good supermarket, and several bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Notes: There is a weekly maid service included and all towels and linens. A car is not necessary but would be an advantage. Villa Hellan is ideally situated for the fourty plus golf courses on the Costa Del Sol.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, walking, tennis, historic sites, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, climbing, flying, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, a sports center, scuba diving, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark.

Fiona says: "The villa was exceptional, all mod cons and beautifully presented. The view over looking the town was lovely. Maybe slighty out of the way but there was a reliable train station nearby which in one direction took you to Fuengirola and in the other Benalmadena. There really is no need for a car but the villa is situated on a hill so maybe not suitable for the infirm! Overall, nice an peaceful during the day but within easy reach of the town centres for restaurants/pubs and clubs. Excellent, will definitely book again."
