The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 5 double and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 6 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

cas says: "Beautiful house with fantastic space which meant that although there were 9 of us you could easily escape to a relaxing space for some solitude. The house has a very calming ambience and the location was peaceful set just up the hill from the beach with magnificent panoramic views to the sea. Dining on the verandah was a delight and leaping into the spotlessly kept pool and jacuzzi was heaven. Both James and Gia (housekeepers) were very helpful yet not intrusive and quick to give us assistance or troubleshoot any problems. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this villa as long as you are game for the hill after the beach! "
