Two bedroom townhouse with private roof solarium and sunny front terrace at the popular Fuentemar complex in Garrucha, close to Vera Playa and Mojacar. The complex is set in pretty gardens with 2 swimming pools and a children's pool. Close to many amenities and only 5 minutes walk away from the long sandy beach of Pueblo Laguna. 

There are a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and well stocked supermarkets within a few minutes walk from the complex and Vera Beach Club which has an indoor swimming pool and gym. There is a regular bus service from just outside the complex which will take you to Garrucha, Mojacar, Vera Playa and the Aqua Park at Vera. From Pueblo Laguna beach you can take a pleasant stroll along the promenade into Garrucha town which has two harbours and many excellent fish restaurants. 

 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, boat hire, fishing, flying, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, shopping areas, a themepark.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: Recently been there to stay for 1 week, excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants bars and shops. The apartment has lots of space with everything you need. There is also a wonderful sunny and spacious roof terrace ideal for sunbathing. Friendly residents within the complex and loved the use of the two pools on site. We will be coming back!
