This property offers a truly privileged position situated between two of the most popular urbanizations on the Costa Del Sol, these being Calahonda and Riviera Del Sol. The apartment itself is situated on the golf course development and only a two minute walk from the excellent club house with its many facilities and bar.


Only a short distance away is the new Terraza Del Golf commercial centre, which contains a small supermarket, newsagent, cash point and several restaurants overlooking the Miraflores golf course. At the entrance to Riviera Del Sol there are shops and restaurants including an "OPENCOR" - a supermarket open 365 days a year and 22 hours a day! Try Max Beach Bar overlooking the beach, great for lunch or a special evening meal.
Calahonda is a short 5 minute drive from the apartment, here you will find El Zoco with its numerous shops and restaurants, most with an outside eating area around a picturesque square in the centre of the complex.The Strip also provides many more places to eat including Indian, Chinese, Mexican and Italian.
There are also more shops and 2 supermarkets on the other side of Calahonda, plus a large LIDL.
