Sea Stars Apartments are a group of six new apartments set in a private lawned garden in the eel garden area of Dahab. Just one minutes walk from the beach and fringing red sea reef, on the edge of the Bedouin village of Assala they are the perfect place to relax and absorb the local culture.

Dahab is a unique destination with plenty of bohehian charm, popular for scuba diving, windsurfing,yoga, desert safaris and just chilling out.
 

The apartments are all newly furnished and fitted out with everything required for a comfortable self catering holiday. To ensure a relaxed start to your stay a welcome pack of essential groceries and a sample of the local beer is provided.

The accommodation on the first floor consists of two twin/ double bedrooms with sea views, a modern wet room bathroom and a spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped fitted kitchen. The comfortable lounge area opens onto the balcony with views over the rooftops and minarets of the Bedouin village to the Sinai mountains beyond. Ground floor apartments are identical in layout but the main doors open onto a garden terrace. The Apartments sleep four in the bedrooms or up to six by converting the sofas into comfortable beds for the night.

 

Guests have use of the peaceful gardens and the roof terrace with its spectacular panoramic views of the Red Sea, Dahab and the mountains – a great place for sunset drinks.

The apartments are perfect for families or large groups who wish to stay together with the comfort and convenience of a fully kitted out home from home. Larger groups can book 2 or more apartments at discounted rates.

Tims emphasis is on marine preservation and high safety standards he will create a unique dive package to give you an unsurpassed diving experience while protecting this beautiful and fragile ecosystem.

ADSL (broadband) Wireless Internet connection in all apartments. All Apartments are fitted with an electronic safe box for storing valuables and passports. Bedrooms can be arranged as doubles or twins depending on your needs. Local amenities including pharmacy, bakery, supermarkets, grocers and restaurants 2 minutes walk away. Eel Garden dive/ snorkeling site and restaurant area 5 minutes walk. Dahab Bay with its colourful bazaars and restaurants is 10 minutes walk along the beach promenade or a 2 minute taxi ride away. Taxis are numerous and very cheap in Dahab. Cleaning on departure is included in the price, a housekeeping service can be arranged during your stay at a cost of €20. The English owners live locally and are your point of contact during your stay. Egyptian cotton linen and towels provided. BBQ facilities provided. Airport transfers arranged on request. Baby cot, bedding and booster seat available on request.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the in the lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

We also went Diving with Tim while we were out there and would highly recommend that anyone travelling to Dahab dives with Tim. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the marine life and diving are second to none. I felt relaxed, confident and calm at all times. A very different experience than with other overseas diving centres.
