Las Palmas is a funky villa completely refurbished in 2002, and housing all the amenities you would want away from home. The villa is a bungalow with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), laundry room, fully fiitted kitchen with microwave, oven, gas hob, blender, outside patio/porch with bar area and Jacuzzi room located in the beautiful landscaped garden. The garden also houses a built -in barbecue area. The villa is located just a one minute stroll from the most beautiful beach in Barbados - Paynes Bay 

The villa is located in Paynes Bay which is the Platinum West Coast of Barbados. There are numerous restaurants located on the door step - Daphnes, The Cliff, Tides, The Coach House, Cocomos, Olives, The Mews.

Paynes Bay Beach also houses numerous water activities for the activity junkies - jet skis, catamarans, water skiing. You can also hire a boat to go swimming with turtles or diving near the ship wreck.

The nearest supermerket is Supercentre locates in Sunset Crest a 10 minute drive from the villa. There is also a good grocery store within the petrol station a 5 miunte walk from the villa. Tuckaway also sells the best homemade ice creams on the island and is just a 5 minute walk away.

 

The nearest golf courses are less than a 10 minute drive form the house - Westmoreland (10 minutes), Sandy Lane (5 minutes) 

The property is located a one minute walk from the beach. The villa also has a covered Jacuzzi located in the garden!

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a garden, a patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, fishing, golf, tennis, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, historic sites.
