The Breeze Holiday Villa in St Lucia, The Caribbean
The Breeze, St. Lucia – a warm welcome: The Breeze is a beautiful, newly built 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private swimming pool on the stunning Caribbean island of St Lucia.
The hillside location often means a lovely cooling breeze blows through the property, a pleasant relief during the hottest days.
The house has four large double sized bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and the other two have double beds.
The master bedroom has a king size double bed, air-conditioning, a luxury en-suite bathroom with bath and shower as well as a roomy walk in closet.
The second bedroom also has a double bed and access to a cloakroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds and share a large wet room with 2 showers.
Outside, there is a long covered terrace overlooking the pool with plenty of seating for all guests. Additionally, there is a spacious pool deck with sun loungers for those who want to sit in the sun! There is also a gas BBQ on the terrace for those fabulous holiday outdoor evenings.
Back indoors, the kitchen is fitted to a high standard with all modern appliances such as cooker, hob, American fridge/freezer, microwave, w/machine. The lounge leads off from the kitchen and has comfortable sofas to relax on, as well as cable TV, CD player and radio
Airport transfers, welcome food pack, car hire and excursions can also be arranged for you , even a wedding co-ordinator!! There is a on-island representative who can look after all your needs should you wish whilst on the island.

Stephen says: "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "the Breeze". The layout of the villa is great, as is the pool. Watching the full moon rise over the Atlantic next to the Fous islands, with a drink in hand, Priceless. The property is located close to great beaches and the Rodney Bay area with its restaurants and amenities. We rented a 4x4 for exploring some of the more remote beaches. We hope to return soon and would recommend this property to anyone planning a visit to St. Lucia. "
