Villa Sorell is a modern detached villa. Decorated and furnished to the highest standards, with private 8x4 swimming pool, beautiful mediterranean gardens. Both bedrooms have air conditioning plus ceiling fans. The villa has full underfloor heating. The naya brings welcome shady relief to enjoy a leisurely lunch or rest on the sofa with a book, or sit in the swing under one of the olive trees. At night the olive trees and gardens become floodlit creating the right atmosphere for al fresco dining. Or a dip in the pool with the underwater lights. Less than a 5 min stroll is the nearest beach, with snack bar in the summer. The main beach in Moraira is 4 mins in a car. There are a number of small coves and bays to explore. Within 10 mins walk of the villa there are 5 restaurants a large supermarket and a bakery/cafe bar. 

 

 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, a museum, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.
