This well equipped property has 3 large bedrooms 2 large bathrooms plus a guest toilet. Views from a choice of sun terraces which look across olive and almond groves to the mountains are breathtaking to say the least. Even the Mediterranean sea can be seen on a clear day.
 

Finca Bascella is fortunate to be situated in the Sierra De Las Nieves naional park in a peaceful romantic location. The area has a prodigious amount of wild life including wild boar, deer, and ibex. bird watchers have a field day spotting eagles, kestrels, vultures, kite, nightingales, woodpeckers, hoopoe and the very colourful bee eaters.

Well worth a visit is ronda with its spectacular gorge just 45 minutes drive away. Seville, Cordoba and the Alhambra palace of Granada all around a 2 hour journey. Gibraltar is a great attraction with tourists with its apes and duty free shopping. Nerja caves should also be on your list of visits. Both are well under 2 hours distance.

The climate is one of the best in the world with over 300 days of sunshine a year. 

Finca Bascella is located just 2 minutes away from the pretty hamlet of Jorrox which has a cave venta and 4Km away from the white villages of Alozaina and Yunquera. Both have several bars and restaurants where you can sample typical Spanish dishes and of course wine. Plus a couple of banks and small super markets each.

During the year there are many fiestas in the surrounding villages. The area is ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding. Finca Bascella would suit guests wanting a tranquil base who wish to have the maximum number of options possible open to them.Marbella and its beaches just 40 minutes away as is Puerto Banus where famous celebrities are frequenly spotted. Other activities which are a steady 30 minutes drive away and where we have contacts, are horse trekking, quad biking, off roading, clay pigeon shooting, archery, paint balling, tennis, go karting, and golf.  

The swimming pool has a solar gain cover to increase the water temperature. This can be removed / relaced in under 1 minute. For the safety of young children a safety net is also available. Well planted gardens front and rear including lavender, roses, jasmin, night scented dame de noche and palm trees. Choice of terraces one with a large circular 8 seater table with canopy. Plus a 4x3 meter covered pergola. villa terrace has teak table and 6 teak chairs. 4 single padded sun beds and one double sun bed is also provided.

The finca comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the bedroom, 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The finca has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.

The finca has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Well behaved friendly dogs will be allowed inside the villa. We must however be informed of your intention to bring your pet in advance. 

Property is suitable for wheelchairs
The villa floor is all on one level. Every door way will accept a standard width wheel chair. Ramps are in place to the outside terraces. Please e-mail if you have any concerns or special needs. 

The finca is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area (with heater), panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The finca is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking.

Close to the finca you will find climbing, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the finca you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, flying, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

All activites are available within 45 minutes. except skiing (2hrs)
