BRUADAIR is located in the parish of St James which is on the exclusive platinum west coast of Barbados! The beauty of this property is that it is adaptable, it may be used as a seven bed, luxury villa with all the trimmings or two independent villas, one three bed and one four - both with their own entrances and pools. The completion of the villa in January '07 means that we can now share our dream (which is the translation of Bruadair) with you too!

It has taken a lot of vision and resource to complete this wonderful villa, built within beautiful tropical surroundings on old plantation land (Lascelles). Because of its unspoilt location you will be amazed to experience monkeys in their natural habitat almost every day, many visitors to Barbados travel all around the Island on the chance that they may glimpse a monkey! But that's not all, we are within walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping - what more could anyone wish for?

The villa has been furnished with a great deal of thought, we shipped all the furniture and accessories from Indonesia, each piece was designed and made for each room - the result is truly fantastic!

BRUADAIR is a villa that can be enjoyed for the peace and tranquility of its surroundings or can come to life for entertaining using multi levels for different types of guest. 

Barbados has so much to offer, more than just the sun, sea and sand usually associated with a Caribbean island, you will find an incredible range of holiday activities for all interests and tastes. In fact, we have heard that Barbados boasts of more attractions per square mile than any other Caribbean island! Barbados has some of the purest water anywhere in the world allowing visitors to feel safe when drinking a glass of ice cold water. Barbados is a coral island which naturally filters the water leaving tap water crystal clear and with a refreshing taste.

HOLETOWN - in the Parish of St James on the Islands Platinum Coast, is a lively place to eat, drink and shop. It is one the largest towns on the Island and you should find everything that you need here. At the beaches you will find watersports to suit all tastes, scuba, jet-skis, swimming with turtles and many more. There are some great bar/restaurants on the beaches that also show all the international football matches. The local supermarket is well stocked and there are a great selection of gift/duty free shops also. Some of the best hotels and restaurants are close by, Sandy Lane Hotel and The Cliff are fantastic places to go to for that special night out! You will find two great golf courses close by, Sandy Lanes and Westmoreland, there is also a gymnasium in Holetown.

The villa comprises 7 bedrooms in total; 5 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 7 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 16 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 8 bathrooms and 8 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, a north facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find wind surfing, fishing, flying.

Janet says: "The villa is well located and has views to die for. The staff were very friendly and Sotheby's management of the villa was very good while we were there. The bedrooms are well appointed, having 2 pools on different levels meant the children could have fun in one while we used the other. Holetown is in a good location for all amenities. We will be returning with more members of our family."
