The lodge comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 2 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The lodge has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The lodge has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Pets are welcome
Pets are welcome provided they do not soil, tear or scratch the walls or furniture. Once the owner is responsible for any damage caused by the pet and they do not bark continually, they are most welcome. 

Property is suitable for wheelchairs
The property is on the ground floor with French Doors for easy access.
The decking has a ramp suitable for wheelchair access.
However, the shower is not wide enough for wheelchair accessibility 

The lodge is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a east facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The lodge is right beside walking.

Close to the lodge you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, fishing, horse riding, golf, a sports center, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the lodge you will find climbing, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

Pauline Ann says: "When we arrived at the Lodge the owner was there to greet us with the table laid, kettle boiled ready for afternoon tea and a welcome pack set out in the fridge. The cottage is very well equipped and cosy with a very comfortable bed. The description alas does not in any way do the property justice as only by making a personal visit can one can fully appreciate the location and the scenery. It far exceeded my expectations. On a clear day you can see the Welsh Coast and not one car can be seen blotting the landscape. It is well located for touring which was a pleasure as all main roads are in excellent condition and motorists are extremely courteous. The grounds are very well maintained with many lovely shrubs and has a wonderful sun trap on the decking area. It is indeed excellent value for money and I would not hesitate in recommending it and look forward to a further visit. "
