This is a 2 storey home from home which comprises of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On entering this home it has a front screened porch where you can sit and relax of an evening. First floor comprises of a Family lounge which has a large screen TV with a DVD, VHS player and a small CD player, Master Bedroom with a King bed, 27 inch TV, ensuite with a bath tub and overhead shower, full equipped kitchen with breakfasting bar and kitchen table to eat at. Patio doors lead from the kitchen to the large pool deck – the screened pool is very private – white paneled fence all the way round and the deck has featured lamppost lights. Ample pool furniture to relax on and when the sun gets too warm there is an electronic awning that can be used to provide shade. Second Floor comprises of 2nd bedroom with full size bed, TV. 3rd and 4th bedrooms are twins – one has a small portable TV. 2nd bathroom has a bath tub and overhead shower. The owner of this home has provided a BBQ, Stroller, Highchair and foldaway crib for guests to use when needed. This is an ideal family holiday home. Its location is perfect for visiting Disney and all the other top attractions in Orlando. It is also surrounded by many top class golf courses. This home has all the requirements for a self catering holiday. 

Our home is located within easy reach of all the major local attractions that Orlando has to offer - Walt Disney World, Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Wet & Wild to name but a few. We are also close to the I4 which can take you an easy drive to Busch Gardens in Tampa and the beautiful beaches on the Gulf coast.

There are numerous shopping facilities close by including the Orlando Premium Outlets for all those looking for a bargain and the famous Mall of Millenia.

There are many world famous golf courses all within an easy drive too as well of lots of excellent local courses less than 5 minutes away for the sporting among you.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
