Accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge/diner, with comfortable seating for 6 people, wrought iron dining table & chairs, double aspect patio doors onto an arched veranda. Digiturk satellite TV & DVD player are provided.
The kitchen is fully fitted and very spacious, gas hob & cooker hood, electric oven with grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster & kettle are provided. There is also a large utility room with 2nd sink & automatic washing machine, ironing board & clothes airer. A downstairs cloakroom completes the ground floor, which is marbled throughout.
Wide marble stairs with wrought iron railings lead to the upper floor, with 3 bedrooms. The master double bedroom has an ensuite showeroom, double aspect windows one with balcony and sea & mountain views. Bedroom 2 is a double aspect with double bed & balcony. Bedroom 3 is twin bedded. All have large fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is a large family bathroom.
Outside, there is a 30x14 ft roman ended private pool with steps and night lights. Garden table and chairs and sunbeds are provided for the terraced areas.
Everything you need has been provided except beach towels. Bed linen changed weekly and Welcome food pack are provided.

 

 

 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Nicola says: "A fantastic villa located in a beautiful peaceful area. Views of the mountains and the sea. We were warmly welcomed by the local agent who kindly filled the fridge with lots of provisions, which made so much difference, especially as we arrived late in the evening. The directions to the villa were great, we had no problems at all finding it from Lefkosa.(Nicosia) The villa is beautiful, great location, beautifully designed and absolutely spotless! We were very pleasantly surprised. It has everything you need plenty of outdoor space,beautiful gardens, bbq and utility room. We loved spending time around the pool and simply relaxing. We found the area of Alsancak great for travelling around and into Kyrenia itself. Its nice and quiet but easy and close to all the other lovely areas. The couple next door were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed chatting with them. Overall, excellent villa. It exceeded our expectations and will definately be returning in the near future."
