Reserva boasts swimming facilities, tennis, sauna and massage and other retreats onsite. The beach is moments away and a bus runs to multiple golf courses and beaches so no need for a car!

It is located within the Reserva Del Higueron spa complex in BenalMadena and is designed and equipped to form an ideal base for relaxing retreat holidays in the sun within easy reach of the beaches, golf courses, local attractions along the Costa del Sol cost and local facilities and amenities that you may require. It is suitable for groups or couples, anyone seeking a relaxing break.

There are a further two air conditioned twin and double rooms, each equipped with built in wardrobes. These two rooms share an adjacent full shower room comprising shower, toilet and wash basin. There is a large open plan living room with dining area and a luxury kitchen.
The apartment is very well equipped with high quality furnishings, including 42" flat screen plasma TV and a DVD player, a superb kitchen with a big freezer / fridge, a dishwasher, washer dryer and a combination microwave / grill. There is a four-ring electric hob with halogen elements, an electric oven with grill, and a stainless steel extractor hood with lighting. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you are likely to require.
The air conditioned lounge area has a comfortable sofas with chaise long and separate swival chair, TV, DVD player, side table etc, whilst the dining area (also air conditioned) offers spacious and comfortable dining for six, and features a glass-topped dining table and leather dining chairs.

Rental details
The apartment is usually let on a Saturday to Saturday basis during July & August, other months may be booked for any day.
The apartment is let from 4.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival until 11.00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
One-third deposit is required on booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to departure. Receipts will be sent for both deposit and balance.
The key will be collected from security at Altos Del Higeuron on arrival and should be returned to security on departure.
