Who could resist sitting on the roof terrace enjoying a glass of wine on a balmy moonlit night whilst listening to the breeze gently swaying through the palm trees or gazing at the spectacular sunsets over the mountains.

 

The villa is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors alarms for safety. Fire extinguisher & blanket . Electrical sockets protective covers. kitchen water mains are fitted with a purified water system providing fresh drinking water on tap (no need for bottled water). The pool is tested and cleaned regularly. Lockable gates. The villa manual provides useful information about, safety, local transportation, open air markets, emergency numbers and a selection of places to try. The area is exclusive , safe and regularly patrolled.

 

The villa is wheelchair friendly, but some mobility is required to access shower. The shower area is wide enough to use a chair. There is a ramp from the front gate to the property. All doors are wide enough for a wheelchair. The pool has an easy access area suitable for someone with mobility problems. The area benefits from clear air beneficial to both asthma and arthritis sufferers due to the close proximity of the beautiful salt lakes of Torrevieja.

Baby cot including bedding and linen, highchair, baby bath and a Milton cold water steriliser ( tablets or liquid required)are available at no extra cost. Airport pickup vehicles include suitable baby seat when requested.  

Walk to Quesada centre takes a few minutes. You will find bars, cafés and restaurants to suite all tastes, supermarkets, medical centre, dentist, pharmacy, and several bazaars and gift shops, petrol station, several banks with cash and mobile top up machines, health & fitness clubs and newsagents with English news papers. There are several internet cafés with high speed ADSL Wi-Fi or Cables, Wireless LAN and Hot Spots in which you can access the internet or use you own laptop to access it. The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

There is a ramp from the front gate, to the property. All doors are wide enough for a whelchair, though some mobility is required to access the shower door. The only stairs are to the sun terrace. There is an easy access area to the pool to enable somebody with limited mobility to still use it. Please feel free to e.mail us, if any further advice is necessary.
