This superb village house accomodates 4 adults comfortably and cots can be added for small children/babies, it has recently been completely redesigned and refurbished and is undoubtedly one of the best holiday properties in Burgau.
The views are to die for and Its central location means you are never more than a couple of minutes to the many shops, bars, restaurants & daily street market.
The beach has the prestigious blue flag award and is just 2 minutes walk away.
 

The property has been cleverly designed to allow maximum advantage of the views in that the lounge and kitchen are on the first floor and the bedrooms on the ground floor.
The lounge is a bright and airy room very comfortably furnished with a colourful cottage suite and table and chairs for 6 for those who would prefer to dine in.
Every viewing and listening extra you could wish for is available for your use.
The balcony is accessed from the lounge through fully glazed sliding doors and is furnished with loungers a small table and sun umbrella, as it carries across in front of the kitchen your gin and tonics can easily be passed through the window allowing for complete relaxation.
The kitchen is fully fitted and contains everything you will need to enjoy having a dable with the local cuisine. Table & chairs for 3, hob and small oven, washing machine, kettle, and many extras that are not normaly available to holiday guests. High chair available on request.

On the ground floor you will find a good sized fully tiled bathroom containing a bath with shower above, toilet and wash basin.

The bedrooms are both of generous size with fitted wardrobes, both bedrooms have full length glazed sliding doors onto the terrace and small garden, the terrace being furnished with table and chairs for 6, and also has a drying area.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a comfortable double bed and bedroom 2 is a twin with 3ft singles. A cot can be accomodated in either or both of the bedrooms if required. 

Burgau is one of the most charming villages you will ever stay in, in years gone by it used to be a smugglers haunt and still plays host to its smugglers alleys and narrow cobbled streets.

Fishing is carried out daily and you can watch the fishermen bring in their catches on the slipway.

Even though the village is small there are over 20 restaurants and bars catering for every taste and pocket , the most famous being the Burgau Beach Bar where you can sit and watch the children play safely while enjoying your lunch alternatively if you have no children you can just sit, chill, and enjoy the view! 

The property has stunning views of the sea and also due to its raised position wonderful views of the village as well. The balcony leads off the lounge which is on the first floor and the terrace and garden are on the ground floor leading from the bedrooms.

The village house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 2 cots. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the village house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The village house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this village house.

Pets are welcome
They would have to be very well behaved and not noisy, bedding for the pet would have to be provided by the owners.

The village house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.

The village house is right beside a beach, swimming, fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the village house you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, flying, horse riding, golf, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the village house you will find a themepark.
