However, for those who like a little bit more life, you are only a 10 minute walk away from the centre of Las Americas or Los Cristianos.

Accommodation
The apartment is very modern and spacious. When you walk in the entrance is impressive. The kitchen is on your left and the downstairs bathroom on the right. Further down you will see the staircase on your right and straight ahead is this large living area with patio doors to the balcony.
Once out on the balcony you are presented with a spacious area with a table and 4 chairs and separate seating area.
The living room is beautifully furnished including, 2 sofa's, coffee table, dining room table, 4 chairs, satellite TV and doors to the balcony.
The kitchen is modern and fresh and includes all appliances - oven, hob, microwave and large fridge freezer. On the outside of the kitchen there is a utility area that houses a washing machine and clothes hanger.
The master bedroom has a double bed and large fitted wardrobes. Patio doors open to your own private terrace and gorgeous views.
The master bedroom opens up to this lovely sunny terrace overlooking the golf course. The photo provided is the actual view from the balcony!
The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and fit conveniently within fitted warbrobes and cupboards. Patio doors open to the 3rd terrace!
The complex has a lovely tranquil pool area with plenty of sun beds and parasols - free of charge. The pool is freshwater and is heated.
