This traditional style cottage has been recently renovated to a high standard while keeping the traditional feel. The bedroom has oak flooring with a 5 ft double bed. This opens onto an open plan kitchen with black slate floor, woodburning stove, A shaker maple kitchen has been fitted with modern appliances. The high vaulted ceiling give the feeling of space in the cottage. The shower room has a pumped shower. Oil fired central heating is available for cosy winter evenings, a washing machine & dryer is also available. Solar panel has been added to the roof of the cottage to harness the suns energy for hot water on sunny days  

Dining is for 2 & seating is for two , while compact it is comfortable. The location is rural where agriculture is the primary focus of activity and all that is associated with that.
A car is essential, the nearest shop is 3 miles in Lisgould, Midleton is the nearest town about 6 miles.
The nearest pub is 1.5 iles at the Ring View bar.  

 

The cottage comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. . This gives room for up to 2 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The cottage has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 2 in the living room and 2 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The cottage is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a west facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
