It is a small mixed community in comparison to the many other huge communities in this area. It is a mix of residential and rental villas.The houses are built to a premium standard in larger than average plots of land.
The Villa is only minutes away from Interstate 4 - the main highway that leads you straight to Disney, so you will be sure to beat the traffic in the mornings. Mousehouse is also ideally located for trips to both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts and is not far from the famous Kennedy Space Centre.
