This three bedroom, two bath Caribbean style villa is located directly outside Jolly Harbour, on a beautiful quarter acre landscaped, private, fenced lot. The villa is spacious, modern and air-conditioned with separate zones throughout. We are just a short stroll down to the beautiful one mile white sandy stretch of Jolly Beach.

 

Head outside to the covered patio, fire up the gas barbecue and enjoy dinner at the outdoor dining table. Sunbathe and then take a dip in your own private plunge pool. Spring Villa has an open floor plan with comfortable seating for six people to welcome you home after a long day. Relax and watch TV on the 37 inch flat screen, or listen to your iPod with the docking station provided with the villa stereo. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and utensils. Spring Villa has a large driveway that will accommodate two vehicles.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and has an ensuite bathroom. There are two additional queen size bedrooms that share a second full bath. One bedroom has a convertible sofa bed so you can sleep an additional person should you need to. We love kids, so bring yours and leave their things at home. We provide a car seat, stroller, baby monitor, booster chair, crib and a whole host of beach toys, so you can travel light. 

All the amenities await you at Jolly Harbour, one of the largest marinas in the Caribbean. Spend the day at the 18-hole golf course, browsing in the shops, or at the casino. The proximity to Jolly Harbour makes a family holiday a great choice in this location, as there is everything from beaches, tours, swimming pool, tennis and squash club and a gym, to a fully stocked supermarket selling international brands, a post office, bank and pharmacy. 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the In one bedroom. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

sue says: "this was our 3rd visit to jolly harbour, first one in the hotel (not recommended!) the second on the actual harbour in a 2 bed villa and then this lovely time in a 3 bed one with a pool. We travelled with 2 children - 3 years and a 9 month old. Needless to say we love jolly harbour - the beach is fantastic and everyone is so friendly. We have always come back when our kids were young as we knew the supermarket stocked good food for when they were being weaned. The villa itself was brilliant - a pool the right size for kids - about 8 ft in length and great patio for entertaining or chilling out. 2 large double bedrooms and another smaller double bedroom, but still plenty big enough. The villa was well stocked and had a great welcome pack. the brochure inside gave great details of lots of things to do but to be honest we just wanted to chill out with the kids. Isobel the cleaner was fantastic and the pick up from the airport to the villa was a great help - ANtigua airport is not well known for its facilities! Would completely reccommend getting a golf buggy for your trip - such fun. Not that it is needed - everything you want is within easy walking distance, but just a great way to get around. security will try and stop you leaving the harbour complex once but when they realise you are only 200 m up the road they stopped. We had the holiday of a lifetime - kids were so happy and made great friends. The only thing I would say is we found eating out in the harbour very expensive and ate in nearly every meal except the ones at Castaways on the beach which were better value and to be honest a lot more relaxed. The super market is quite expensive - a little more than english prices, but really well stocked. Only bit of advice is regarding antigua airport. You have to queue queue queue and when you get through to departures there is nothing really there. Advice is to check in, walk over the road to the cricket ground (sticky wicket) and waste an hour or so there and only go to queue about 45 mins before your flight so you go straight onto the plane rather than hang around departures. Cannot reccommend spring villa enough - we will def be using it again! "
