Casamenara is located about 2.5 miles from the famous Jam El Fnaa Square in the heart of the ancient city of Marrakech and about a one and a ½ a mile from most major hotels, restaurants, and clubs. Casamenara is the ideal place for people who wants to have fun in a privet settings. The property is accessible by car and has plenty of available parking spaces. 

Imad, our facility manager, can prepare your meals, arrange for airport transfers, tours, trips, sports, and barbeque events. Imad can take you shopping and bargaining in the wonderful Medina, and advise you on all the best prices. If you want to have a great time, ask Imad to drive you in his 1972 Renault 4: it is something not to miss! He can also arrange for excursions to Oureka Valley, Essaouira, Ourzzazzat, and Agadir.

We have a banquet room for rent that host 50 guests. The room is for rent for €250.00 a day.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 15 in the living room and 15 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Shoaib says: "We stayed here for two weeks in July 2008. The villa was located about 15mins drive form the airport and is 5mins drive from the Medina. It has nice size rooms and my wife and five children all stayed comfortably. My children all played safely and the villa is in a quiet neighbourhood just off the main Mohammed Vi avenue, so links to the Medina, Ourika Mountains, Motorway to Casablanca are all easy to get to. Most activities are a few minutes drive away and very easy to get to if you hire a car, which is recommended. Saada (cook/cleaner) and Abdullah and Imad helped us feel comfrtable and the foot and hospitality was superb. Well recommended."
