This well maintained furnished house has a big living room with an adjacent dining room. Also it has a separate study and fitness room.

The house has 4 bedrooms with each an individual bathroom. The big master bedroom has a bathtub and a shower, the other rooms have showers. Each bathroom has an individual 50L water heater.

The kitchen has a built in kitchen unit and a refrigerator. Also it has a separate store of 2x3m. There is an additional fridge from which we can sell you drinks.

The house has verandas on both the first and second floor. This gives the rooms a pleasant temperature. The garden is colourful and well maintained. It has a bantaba to relax after a warm day. It has garden chairs, two sun beds and for some more activity a table tennis.

There is a small guard house which has its own toilet. The house has a 2000L water tank and a generator. The driveway gives place for four cars.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double and 3 cots. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, table tennis.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer. The owner has also provided glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a north facing garden, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a museum.
