The private quiet site hosts only 30 villas giving you the best of both worlds - a luxury private villa and someone to meet at the communal pool and beach area if you wish to.
The site leads directly onto the beach with a wooden decking platform/sunbeds/brolleys for those who wish to keep the sand out of their toes. A sheltered beach-bar (un-staffed) is available for you to use with a fridge, sink and electric for day and evening use – just bring down your own drinks, food etc for a beach BBQ.
The site is only 10 minutes away from the promenade into the resort centre, beaches and centre of Kusadasi town with easy, frequent transport. On site staff will look after you around the clock, take away your kitchen waste and even bring you daily provisions (fresh milk,bread, etc) if required. Service is included – you just pay for what you buy.

The spacious home is cleverly designed with a large open plan living room that is separated from the large dining area by a centre gel-fire feature. An additional relaxing/reading area features 2 chaise-lounges looking right out to sea.

The dining area has open access over a breakfast bar into a fabulous kitchen area with all the modern equipment you can imagine. The lounge and dining areas open up through large double patio doors onto a patio with a private swimming pool that gives an infinity effect with the sea to the front of the villa. A unique feature is the heated outdoor spa that seats 8 people and looks right out to sea! Looks fabulous at night with remote controlled, underwater colour lighting. An outside hot/cold shower is also provided for you.

The bedrooms all have en-suite facilities and 2 bedrooms have spectacular sea views. An outside firepit/BBQ is available for your use - as are plenty of sunbeds/pads, 2 monster cussions, reclining chairs, sun umbrellas, outside eating table/chairs and inflatables for the pool. A pagoda across the front of the villa provides good shade and is fitted with blinds for when you need a rest from the sun. 

The villa is luxury standard with real travertine floors and wet-rooms throughout. It is fitted with high quality furniture including marble tables, leather suites, corian worktops, orthopaedic mattresses and plenty of wardrobe and drawer storage space for you.

You will find the villa fully equipped for a luxury break with everything included to cater for your needs.Washing machine, drying machine, airing racks, iron/board, hair driers in all bedrooms, coffee/tea making facilities, 4 slice toaster, George Foreman food frier, electric griddles, halogen hob, extractor hood, oven/grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, flatscreen LCD TV, DVD, CD player, wireless internet, inflatables, boules, games, DVDsetc. If you have a SKY card you can bring it with you and view Sky channels from the villa.

Plenty of towels, bedding and sheets are available (including beach towels and dressing gowns) so no need to pack any household items!
 

180 degree full open sea view to the front of the villa over the infinity private swimming pool. This is a front line villa with only a 2 minute walk down to the beach. Full sun from mid-day through to sunset. The villa accommodates 6 people in 1 double bed and 4 single beds in 3 bedrooms.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Though the villa is not designed to accommodate a wheelchair user as the bedrooms are on the first floor. We are happy to make provision with downstairs bedding if needed. Downstairs WC is provided(though no indoor shower/bath on ground floor). 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area (with heater), a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, fishing.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
