Our villa in Lake Sarasota is on a quiet road about 5 minutes from the I-75, 15 minutes from the beaches, and 2 hours from Orlando with Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios and 1 hour from Tampa with Busch Gardens.

The villa has a heated pool, which is screened to stop leaves etc coming in, which is south facing to get the winter sun.
 

Master bedroom, with queen size bed, en-suite facilities and a patio door to the pool area. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom. The second bedroom has a normal size double bed, and the third bedroom has twin beds. There is a separate bathroom for the second and third bedrooms. 

Lounge with cable television, VCR, and CD player/radio, two three seater settees – one of which is a bed settee – and a two seater settee. For safety reasons the bed settee must not be used without permission and instructions.

The dining room has a dining table with six chairs, and patio door to the pool area.

Phone for making free local calls and receiving all types of call. For making long distance calls please obtain a phone-card from Wal-Mart. These are inexpensive and easy to use.

Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.
Washing machine and tumble drier in a separate room. There is also an iron and ironing board in this room.

Double garage. In the garage are facilities for the beach – cool boxes, shade, chairs etc – as well as a bar-b-que.

 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, golf, tennis, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

david says: "The villa was great I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Exceptionally clean and had everything you needed. Brilliant safe pool. Situated in a nice friendly neighbourhood. Our only negative is that there were no clear instructions on what time to check out. We telephoned the housekeeper (who was very helpful), but it would have been better to have known in advance. We had a fab time and cant wait to go back."
