Villa Rüya is a brand new superbly appointed detached air conditioned, 3 bed Villa with its own garden, off road parking and private swimming pool.

Villa Rüya (or Dream in English) is situated in the quiet uncomplicated Çalis Beach area of Fethiye on the turquoise coast of South West Turkey. Villa Rüya can sleep up to 8 people comfortably and is available for rent all year round. Çalis Beach (pronounced Cha-lis) area of Fethiye is known as “Sunset Beach” because of its spectacular sunsets. Experience it yourself at Villa Rüya or one of the many beach front bars and restaurants along the 4Km stretch of Beach and Promenade that is, Çalis Beach.

Villa Rüya boasts a private South facing garden with off road parking and private swimming pool. The pool is overlooked by the terrace with furniture ideal for eating al fresco or simply relaxing in the cool shade.

The air conditioned spacious open plan living area consists of a fully fitted kitchen, lounge (sofa bed) with log burning fire, dining room and W/C. Two sets of french doors provides uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains and lead from the living area to the terrace.

The staircase from the living area leads to the first floor where you will find 3 bedrooms (1 twin and 2 doubles master with en-suite) and a bathroom. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning, have ample wardrobe/storage and have private terraces. The Bathroom and en-suite has a washbasin, w/c and shower. Villa Rüya is furnished to a high standard that will meet all your needs during your stay.

Çalis is a wonderful, small, friendly, seaside town with all the amenities you would expect. The town centre, with its many bars and restaurants is a mere 5-10 minute walk from the villa - close enough to enjoy but far enough not to be heard!

Many marvelous bars and restaurants line the charming promenade, where you can sample local delicacies whilst enjoying the fabulous sunsets. The seemingly endless beach is a 5-10 minute walk from the villa and is also home to the local turtle population. For the more energetic, there are many water sports on offer.

Fethiye, a 5 minute drive from Çalis, is one of the most romantic towns in Turkey and has something to satisfy all tastes. The bustling old town is awash with bars, market stalls, wonderful restaurants and is set along the stunning Fethiye harbour. Fethiye offers dazzling mountain scenery and there are plenty of archaeological sites to take-in. The breath-taking sunsets, the warm hospitable locals and the hidden beauty spots around Fethiye ensure visitors return over and over again.

Water Sports: Çalis Beach offers a variety of water sports (windsurfing, water skiing, parasailing, ringos, banana etc.). Sultan's Aqua Park is located in Çalýþ Beach and provides fun entertainment for all the family with lots of different water based activities.

Diving: The sea life is rich in fish, octopos, eels, dolphins, plants and coral. In Çalis Beach and Fethiye you will find many dive schools offering dive trips for inexperienced and experienced divers alike.

Paragliding: Flying tandem with experienced pilots from mount Babadað (1975 mt.) to Belcekýz Beach enjoying fantastic views of Ölüdeniz (the Blue Lagoon).

Canoe/Kayaking: Canoeing experience is not essential after instruction take the current down stream. Drift past green meadows, eucalyptus forest, cliffs and finish at the 18 km long Patara Beach.

Trekking—Lycian Way: Walking on well marked nomad trails and ancient Lycian paths is the best way to see flora richness of Fethiye. On the way you will find mountain villages and friendly locals. You can try the path from Fethiye to Kaþ and see Faralya Village, Pýnara—Letoon—Xanthos ancient cities on the way and next year from Fethiye to Marmaris to see Caunos ancient city and Turtle’s beach.

Horse Riding: Daily rides around the local countryside or Kaya Village. Horses and ponies are for all standards.

Gemiler Island Following the road leading from Kaya Köyü, descend to the beautiful Gemiler beach, surrounded by pine and olive trees. Gemiler bay faces St Nicholas Island where the Byzantine ruins of a monastery lie tucked among the olive trees.

Saklýkent (Hidden City) High in the mountains 44 km south of Fethiye lies Saklikent Canyon, a narrow gorge carved through the mountains. A cool refuge on hot summer days, Saklikent is a favorite picnic spot, with rustic restaurants serving local fresh food.

Xanthos Once the capital of Lycia once called 'the oldest republic in the world' is situated in the valley of the River Xanthos. The most notable monuments of Xanthos, its pillar tombs, have no parallel either in Greek or in Oriental art.

Tlos 28 km from Fethiye, Tlos is one of the oldest residential areas of Lycia and one of the few cities that existed up to the 19th Century. Tlos is known as “the sports centre” of the Lycian Federation and was the home of the mythological winged horse, Pegasus and his hero Bellorophonte. An Acropolis, the temple type tomb of Bellorophonte, the Stadium, the Roman Bath complex (with its great views) and amphitheatre, are the structures that remain well preserved.

Kayaköy The “ghost town” of Kayakoy dates back to the 13th century and until 1922 had a population of 25,000. After the war of independence, the Greek population were repatriated and their old houses left to the elements. Kayakoy is now an open-air museum.

Letoon Letoon was a holy city, dedicated to the Goddess Leto. Located at Kumluova Village 4 km from Xanthos, it is known that all holy ceremonies were performed here by the priests of the temples of Leto, Artemis and Apollo familiar gods of mythology.

Pinara The Lycians’ “Beauty Center”, Pýnara is on the way to Minare Village and can be reached by a short road branching off from the Fethiye—Kaþ highway. Numerous Pigeon Hole type simple tombs carved into the cliff faces, a hearth planned Aphrodite Temple with fine friezes and a well preserved amphitheatre are probably the most interesting remains of Pýnara.

Dalyan Famous for its rock tombs, mud baths, turtles and beach. Try a dip in the mud and be prepared for fun. Magnificent tombs carved into the rock high on the cliff face, at a bend in the river, above the fascinating ancient harbour of city Caunos. The Dalyan Delta, with the long, golden, sandy Iztuzu beach at its mouth, is a nature conservation area for sea turtles and blue crabs.

Olüdeniz (Blue Lagoon) - Belcekýz Ölüdeniz (Blue Lagoon), referred as "The Eden bestowed by God to World" with pine forests reaching the shores, tepid sea and long beaches, a wonder of the World.

12 Islands named by fishermen as "Inside the Darkness", composed of islands and Kapýdað Peninsula, adorned numerous bays more beautiful than one another. YASSICA Islands, Hamam Bay, Kurþunlu Bay, Yavansu, Bedri Rahmi Bay, Tersane Island, Göbün Bay, Boynuzbükü, Göcek Island, Domuz Island, Zeytin Island, Kýzýl Island, reached via daily tours from Fethiye and Göcek, are also named as "12 Islands"

Kelebekler Vadisi (Butterfly Valley) This interesting canyon, surrounded by 350 m high mountains, 3 - 4 miles away from Ölüdeniz took its name from butterflies named "Jarsey Tiger". 40 other species of butterflies can be seen between July and September months.
 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
