A small family hotel complex of three villas, standing on a hillside with a panoramic view of the village and island of Mohlos.
Each villa is independent, ensuring full privacy with its own surrounding area, its own verandas, patios and greenery, its own swimming pool and its own parking spaces.
All three villas look out over the vast blue Sea of Crete, the beautiful islet of Mohlos with its Minoan ruins, the imposing "Kastelas" peak and other mountains, Mohlos and the nearby villages and the lovely farming landscape with its small plain, hills and foothills cloaked in silver-green olive trees. This is a magical, inspiring and peaceful spot.
The villas blend in with their beautiful surroundings, their design inspired by plain, traditional local architecture with stone walls, stone benches, staircases and patios, enhanced by wooden door and window frames and traditional-style furniture. Light, cheerful colours predominate inside and out.
These villas were co-financed by the European unio n and have won praise from visiting tourism experts.  

The villa is 150 m2 (not counting the veranda), with exactly the same rooms, furniture and equipment - just with a reversed layout, so while the Villa Alcestis faces north and east, the Villa Calypso looks north and west.

The Villa also has luxurious rooms, a 34 m2 swimming pool and a similarly enchanting view from the sitting room, veranda and patios.

The equipment and services provided are exactly the same as those of the Villa Alcestis.

Between the two bedrooms is the central bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, marble surfaces and all the necessary accessories.

The veranda opens on to a spacious sitting room of 18.5 m2 with a view of the sea and the beautiful surrounding countryside.
The sitting room is decorated in light colours and the furniture is inspired by the Cretan traditional style.

The picturesque seaside village of Mohlos lies on the north coast of Crete, 33 km east of Agios Nikolaos and the same distance west of Sitia.

The inhabitants have been farmers and fishermen since antiquity, while the tourism industry is a more recent occupation. The village has very good tavernas, mini markets, cafes, bars, car hire companies, etc. The islet of Mohlos, just 200 metres offshore, is an important archaeological site, with the remains of one of the greatest harbours and naval centres of Minoan Crete. Fabulous treasures have been brought to light there since excavations began at the turn of the last century.

The nearby villages are clean and pretty, preserving the traditional way of life, while the inhabitants are courteous and hospitable. Here too you will find tavernas, cafes and small shops. Various religious festivals are celebrated in the villages, along with traditional fiestas and cultural events. The small hotel complex stands above Mohlos, providing a supremely restful, relaxing and revitalising environment. The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, walking, cycling, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.
