Our beautiful new chalet (completed October 2007) is now ready to offer you a warm and comfortable welcome.
The spacious and flexible accommodation includes 1 Double bedroom with access to Balcony with stunning views over valley and mountains second bedroom with 3 single beds (including 1 bunk bed). Bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and hand-basin.
On ground floor: Storage area,boot warmer, washing machine and dryer. Shower room with WC and hand-basin. Kitchen, dining, living area and separate “Wintergarden” (conservatory): all fully equipped (Including TV and DVD) and furnished including two double sofa – beds.
Very well insulated and heated by a central gas-fired system and additional under floor heating.
Shopping/restaurant facilities in village of Stadl - walking distance.
Car essential to make use of all local facilities.
 

Stadl Village has a population of just 1200 people. There are several local bars and restaurants and shops in Stadl for essentials, hairdressing, florists etc. A pretty hillside Church, post office, police station and local community office are also available. Close by are the towns of Tamsweg and Murau that have a full range of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. We will build up a file of local information that you will find in the Chalet

Hot Tub (Jacuzzi) provide on south facing terrace.

The ski chalet comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the Wintergarten (Conservatory) and Living area 1 double bunk bed located in the 1 bunk above single beds in bedroom 2. This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The ski chalet has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The ski chalet has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 7 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking ski chalet

Pets are not welcome

The ski chalet is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a south facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area, a north facing balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the ski chalet you will find swimming, fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, skiing/snowboarding, golf, a sports center, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the ski chalet you will find sailing, horse riding, tennis, a museum, a theatre/cinema.
