It has a quiet location with excellent residential neighbors, yet is only a 5 minutes walk to many local bars, restaurants and supermarkets and only a 10 minute drive to Guardamar, probably the best beaches on the Costa Blanca
If you prefer to stay by the pool, the owners have provided plenty of poolside games and activities The large front terrace, surrounded by Palm trees, overlooks the garden and is ideal for evening meals, in the summer the sun sets there at around 10 in the evening It really is a lovely setting with the added benefit of a private driveway to park 2 or 3 cars. Car available at La Yuka  

Entering the villa from the rear terrace you will come in to a large modern kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster & coffee maker. Utility room with Washer/dryer - iron & ironing board. and feature archway into a very spacious lounge with two sofas, feature fireplace, TV DVD, video, radio, and fully air conditioned/heating. There are three spacious double ground floor bedrooms two with en-suite bathrooms all have large fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging & storage space. There is also a large ground floor bathroom with walk in shower, toilet & wash basin. The master bedroom has double doors open on to the large sun terrace leading to an 8X4 private swimming pool, very large solarium, with table, chairs, sun loungers. All bed linen and towels are provided. Please use your own towels if by the pool or beach.  
 

The area surrounding La siesta has everything from beautiful clean blue flag beaches to a vast array of bars & restaurants. It also has many golf courses 3 within 10 minutes drive away at La Marquesa (Ciudad Quesada) Villa Martin, Las Ramblas & Campoamour all pay & play but its best to book (from £30 a round + buggy fee). The nearest large town is Torrevieja - 10 minutes drive - with a good range of shops, a weekly market plus a large marina with a promenade which holds regular evening craft fairs. We have also provided an information folder which we have compiled from our visits which we hope you find useful. 
 

The garden is around a quarter of an acre and as ample areas for sun bathing. The huge solarium has sun all day. The terrace at the front of the house is ideal for dining in the evenings. The private pool gets sun all day. La Yuka has a car available for your convenience

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, vinyl records, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The property is on one level, the rooms are all spacious, the area is resonably flat, and there are no major roads running by the villa 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, flying, mountain biking, historic sites, a zoo.

Within 10 minues walk from La Yuka there is an aqua Park, and Natural Mineral Salt Lakes

The Marinas at Torrevieja are a must with its restaurants and bistros not forgeting the yacths

elaine says: "hi garry and doctor sue, the crazy gang had a brilliant holiday, the villa was out of this world everything we needed was there and more besides. the pool was a welcoming site in the morning as the sun was coming up we spent hours of fun with all the water toys to use.the gardens are very private and beautiful with plenty of space to chill out ,the sun terrace is a must to get a tan and see the salt lakes. last but not least we have to say a big thankyou to garry for all his help,he was a great host and made us feel welcome as soon as he picked us up at the airport, and having a sing song on the return journey, and in between taking us to supermarkets and places of interest we also need to thank sue for her help with the prickly heat the yoghurt worked we will definitely be booking la yuka again best wishes to you both from elaine,steve,janet,ian,and hilda "
