Colonial Quito is one of the world´s first World Heritage sites named by UNESCO. It offers the old world European style with Latin America cultural charm. 

The apartment is conveniently located three blocks from the most popular Plazas.....Plaza Grande and Plaza Sucre (opera house). It is also located within strolling distances to the musuems, art galleries, and Monasteries in Colonial Quito. Public transportation to the rest of the city is within three blocks as well and taxis are numerous outside the building. 

Colonialecuador operates this unit much like a hotel. We provide maid service, laundry service, tours, valet service, and chaufuer service. We will change your sheets once a week at no charge and will change them more on request. We currently manage a total of 10 properties in Colonial Quito.

This is a charming 19th Century old Spanish home recently renovated into nice apartments with an excellent location to all the tourists attractions of Colonial Quito. The apartment offers 24 hour security guard and is extremely safe.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the in the bedroom. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a north facing garden. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside walking, historic sites, a restaurant.

Close to the apartment you will find flying, cycling, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, a zoo.

Cortney says: "This was a great experience. The apartment was modern and clean and had 24 hour security and located in a wonderful spot in Old Quito with plenty of close by restaurants and stores. Juan was a great liaison for us. Aside from the quirks of Quito (i.e. there was a loud alarm that went off every forty minutes or so between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 10:08 p.m. and there is a school next door which has a loudspeaker that goes off at 7 a.m. on Mondays), the place was quiet. The apartment next to ours was empty while we were there and so it was extra quiet. I highly recommend this place and we will stay there again. Great views of the Panecillo and very convenient! Thanks for the great experience. "
