This very old farmhouse has been recently expertly converted and beautifully styled into a comfortable four bedroom vacation home, preserving all of its original rustic features. This beautiful farmhouse is located on the outskirts of Victoria in a peaceful road close to typical Gozitan countryside and is ideal for those country-walking lovers.  

It consists of four double bedrooms, all of them with bathrooms en-suite. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor with windows overlooking a sunny pool measuring 6m by 4m. The pool area also enjoys a sun terrace and barbecue and a lot of privacy.

A fully-equipped separate kitchen and a lovely large arched dining room and lounge/ living room, complete with cable television, are also located on the ground floor. There is also an extra bathroom on the ground floor.

Access to the first floor is from an internal stone stairs and from an internal spiral staircase .
On the first floor you'll find the other three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and a very large sunny terrace from where you can admire the majestic Cittadella and the valley leading to Xlendi – a nearby picturesque seaside village.

This farmhouse is beautifully furnished and delightfully blends antique and Swedish-pine furniture.

The farm house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The farm house has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use.

The farm house has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this farm house.

The farm house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The farm house is right beside walking, cycling.

Close to the farm house you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the farm house you will find a food shop.

We are situated only 5 minutes away from Xlendi Bay, a perfect diving haven.

The pool is lovely and the cottage is well equipped. It's layout would lend itsself well to 2 families sharing. Reno met us at the port so finding the villa was easy. A real gem and we'd like to come back soon"
