Easy, non-complicated access to Paphos airport, about 15-20 minutes by car, and to Larnaca airport about 1hr 30 mins on the direct motorway connection.
Within 2-3 minutes walk from The Limnaria complex you find a shopping centre with a large variety of shops, banks, internetcafes, restaurants and cafes in cool traditional court-yards.
It is only 5 minutes walk to the Blue Flag beach and to a lot of other shops, bars and restaurants.
Located in the historic town of Paphos only 5 minutes walk from all facilities you need during your vacation. Allthough very centrally located, the area is quiet and peaceful and allow you to enjoy beachlife, visit historic sites and have romantic dinners in excellent harbour restaurants. Local markets offering Cyprus specialities are close by.
 

Paphos is the oldest town in Cyprus and often referred to as "Cyprus forgotten pearl". It offers a unique small town athmosphere, a good climate in combination with great archeological buildings and sites. The picturesque town is surrounded by luxuriant vegetation and oderous citrus trees.
The Paphos area is included on Unescos list of protected cultural and natur heritage. It is also known as the birthplace of Aphrodite as this is where she rose from the ocean. The town consists of two parts the upper part Pano Pathos with its historical buildings and the lower part Kato Paphos with its picturesque fishing harbour, beach promenade and small shops.
The climate in the area is maybe the best in the mediterranean. Bananas are grown in the Paphos area as the only place in Europe. The average temperature is high as 17 degree C in January and February.

Cyprus´ 3 leading golf courses are within 20 minutes drive from Paphos, and the climate makes Cyprus an ideal location for golf all year round.
Fishingboats to hire from the old harbour, many dive-schools, tenniscourts only 3 min walk away, cycling, horse-riding, go-karting, sailing, parasailing, hiking, Water-Park.
From January to March you can og skiing and snowboarding on Mount Olympus, only 2 hours drive away.
Dancing, enjoy salsa-evenings in several restaurants.


 

One double bedroom and one twin with fitted wardrobes and dressing tables. Bedlinen and towels are provided, but not pool- and beachtowels. 1 Bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Wall to wall mirror and cabinets. The living and dining area is tastefully furnished , lounge seating for 4, dining seating for 6. The open kitchen has a washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker, oven with grill, toaster , coffee-machine and kettle. Cutlery, crockery and glassware for 6.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
