This new villa sleeps 6 people, in one double and two twin bedrooms. Other accommodation comprises two bathrooms, lounge/dining room including satellite television showing English and Spanish channels, and a DVD player. The fully-equipped kitchen has washing machine, hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. The living room and master bedroom have air-conditioning units, and the two other bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a sun terrace upstairs, with patio furniture and a clothes drier.
There is a communal pool with cool-down showers just a short walk away.
Ciudad Quesada has an extensive water park to suit all ages, an eighteen hole golf course, shops, multi-cultural restaurants, bars and banks, and has a very friendly atmosphere. There are other golf courses within easy reach. The beautiful Guardamar beach - one of the best on the Costa Blanca - is about 10 minutes' drive away. Other local facilities include a go-carting track, local markets and supermarkets. The airports of Alicante and Murcia are both about 30 minutes away by car.

The owner provided good service, including airport transfers and somebody locally who we could approach with any problems.
The property is in a great location in the city of Quesada, which is an attractive city with many facilities - shops, good restaurants, aquapark, bowling and golf. It is also only 10 minutes drive from excellent beaches.
The property is clean and well maintained, with all home comforts, and a lovely roof top solarium.
There is so much to see and do within easy reach of the villa, but a car is recommended to get the most out of a holiday there.
Recommended for: Age 55+, and Families with Young Children

We have used this villa for a number of holidays in Quesada, we always found the property well kept and very clean, facilities and furniture excellent. The pool is excellent and very well maintained. A lovely place to recharge your batteries or if you require a lively night out you're only a stones throw from Quesada main street and 15 mins drive from a number of large towns. A well spent holiday can be had by all.
