Our villa is located in Belek on the Turkish Riviera. Records show over 300 days of sunshine annually for the region.
There are numerous historical sites to visit, Side, Perge, Aspendos to name but a few. It is strange to be able to walk around an ancient city named in the bible as Perge is and to imagine what it would have been like 2000 years ago!

It is advisable to hire a car if you intend to do some serious sightseeing and to plan your itinery beforehand with a good map of the area.

However the local bus service, or Dolmus, travels along the main road (5mins walk) approx every 15 mins or so. You just flag them down and they stop for you. They can take you to almost anywhere you want to go. 

SPORTS, HEALTH AND FORM
The Mediterranean shore with its crystal clear waters offers windsurfing, sailing, jet skiing along with the widest possible range of water sports.
A surprise awaits you at a height of 1750 meters above sea level 50 km from Antalya.
SAKLIKENT : A NATURAL MIRACLE
While swimming in the clear Mediterranean waters, you can enjoy skiing at Saklikent too. If you are seeking excitement and adventure, how about a days rafting in Koprulu Canyon? The wide river that flows through the beautiful and marvelous Koprulu Canyon National Park has attracted visitors from all over the world and is a popular tourist place for those who are interested in rafting.
In Belek there are many alternatives for healthy and sound bodies. All sports facilities are to be found from aerobics and step to squash, tennis, archery, volleyball and basketball in the extensive hotel areas.
In the hotels there are fitness programs, aerobic and step lessons, squash, tennis, archery, volleyball, basketball, swimming lessons, completely equipped fitness centers, sauna and Turkish baths, beauty salons and many sporting activity possibilities. After holidaying in Belek, you can return home healthy and fit.

There are 6 golf courses all within a 15 min drive of the villa. Guests are welcome. 

Waterfalls are spectacular in the area, Kursunlu, Duden and Manavgat are all worth a visit.
Sea turtles lay their eggs on the beach in late summer and are protected, but can be seen at nighttime.
The mountains are worth a visit at any time of the year, the views toward Antalya city and the coast are spectacular. 

There is patio furniture on the roof terrace and on the ground floor bbq terrace. There is a playstation with games. There is a shower on the roof terrace also which is ideal for those hot hot days when you need to cool off!!! Smokers are requested not to smoke inside the villa but to use the outside areas please. Fire extinguishers are available in the villa for your safety. Also due to the development of a new golf course the nearest beach access is now approx 1 - 2 km away towards Kadriye.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, a zoo, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, flying, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Information folder in villa with maps and detailss of who to contact for excursions, restaurants, places of interest anything you could want. The local area was wonderful and the turkish people were brilliant too. We dont know why we left it so long to visit this wonderful country and we couldnt have picked a better house to stay in. i would give it 5 stars minimum."
