Situated on the eastern edge of the village of Karsiyaka, about 10 miles (16 kilometres) west of Girne (probably better known as Kyrenia), the newly built North Shore Villa offers a wonderful opportunity for a relaxed holiday in beautiful and secluded surroundings. At an elevation of several hundred feet above sea level, on the side of the Kyrenia mountain range, the villa has wonderful, unobstructed views over the sea towards Southern Turkey – the coast and Taurus Mountains of which are visible when the heat haze lifts. Behind the villa the Kyrenia range presents a dramatic, sparsely developed, 1000 metre high backdrop that like the sea, really comes alive when caught by the setting sun – pure magic! Our large, three bedroomed self-catering luxury villa sleeps six people (eight if the sofa bed is used). It has air conditioning, a TV and DVD player, a CD player and radio, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. It also has a fabulous swimming pool, patio area and of course, wonderful views!
 

Beaches, restaurants and bars, mountains, supermarkets. The main town of Girne (Kyrenia) is about 20 minutes away and has historical attractions and a lively harbour area with many restaurants and bars. 

It is strongly recommended that guests hire a car for their stay at North Shore Villa.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, a north facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
