Cooking breakfast, lunches, evening meals, cleaning, laundry, household shopping, even be on hand if you want to entertain friends serving those G&Ts by the pool. The Villa has 24 hour security for your peace of mind. The upkeep of your own private pool and gardens are attended to every day during your holiday. Should there be any problems at all with the Villa there is always a member of staff on hand to help.

The furnishings in the villa are to a very high standard indeed with air-conditioning in all rooms , cool marble floors throughout even out onto the barbeque terrace.

The master bedroom, with ensuite shower facilities, has a king sized bed, ample wardrobe space and a large balcony with forest views. The family bathroom, like the en suite is fully tiled with shower and bath. The second bedroom has a large double bed with wardrobe and cabinets. The third bedroom, with a small balcony, has two single beds, wardrobe and side cabinets. All bedrooms have dressing tables.

In the lounge you will find superb dining facilities, settees, armchairs, TV, DVD, Satellite, CD player, sliding patio doors leading to the covered patio areas alongside the private pool.

Sunbathing terraces and lawns have a good number of loungers and umbrellas.
The barbeque terrace has table and chairs for 6 people so you can enjoy alfresco dining.Great at night and breakfast !

We take great pride in our standards and attention to detail to make sure we provide you with all the comforts of home and more.
The rental prices include the services of a cleaner with all linen and towels provided.

The local supermarket is only a short distance away and they will be very happy to provide a delivery service to your door.

Whilst it is not completely necessary, we recommend that a car is rented. These can be obtained very easily and without fuss. A car will enable you to get the very best out of the location and save you money when travelling further out into Turkey. 

You can use the Dolmus which is a local mini bus which runs very frequently from all places to all places !
The cost is inexpensive and the service is reliable. You can hire cars very easily. Costs depend on season..please let us know if you require help in hiring a car as we have a discount arrangement with various companies. Taxis are good and efficient . We can arrange to have you collected from Dalaman Airport and taken straight to the Villa, a journey of about 40 minutes. The return cost of this service is currently £75 per vehicle...again better value for parties of 4 and upwards.
The Villa has a drive on which to park a car. 

The world famous Oludeniz Beach and the Blue Lagoon is just 10 minutes drive away from the Villa. On the way to the beach you will pass through the village of Ovacik and then Hisaronu where there are plenty of eating establishments / restaurants/ bars. The beach front has a great choice of restaurants and bars open till late at night / early morning.
Enjoy the paragliders coming in to land on the beach just in front of the reastaurants.
Fethiye town is 10 minutes from the villa where there is a great choice of restaurants, shops, and bazaar outlets. You can book boat trips and fishing expeditions if you wish from the many boats and Gulets in the harbour.
Visit the Fethiye market on Tuesdays. It is very large, bargains galore and many eating stalls. Try the Turkish pancakes...fantastic ! Fresh Organic vegetables ..the quality of which are arguably superior to those found in the UK.

Mountain and pine forest views to the side and rear of the Villa with many walking tracks to follow. Villa Sol Orman (Araxa 10) is a new build luxury Villa furnished to a very high standard throughout.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, interesting views, a barbeque. Gillian says: "Set in the beautiful pine forest, this well constructed and maintained property gave us everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The quiet surrounding area is within a few mins drive from the bars and clubs of Hisaranou (for the younger of us), and another short journey in the opposite direction from the harbour town of Fethiye. With its fabulous Tuesday market, small souk like shops and fish market, (where you chose your fish and it is cooked for you in a restaurant of your choice), it gives you a great insight into a true Turkish style of life. Visit the restaurants advised in the villa folder and experience great food and excellent value for money!! Thank you so much Robert and Jennie for the use of your beautiful home, Jay and Sonia, john and Umet (hope ive spelt that one right) for your friendliness and kindness it was certainly a holiday well never forget.
