Beautifully presented 2 bedroom house with a front courtyard and 2 large terraces on 2 levels with panoramic sea and mountain views. The house is situated in the heart of the traditional old village of Milatos, about 35km from Heraklion Airport and 25km from Agios Nikolaos. 

The house consists of an open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen, cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery and glassware + a dining area with table and 4 chairs.
The living area is spacious and airy with beamed ceiling and exposed stonework, containing a sofa bed (sleeping 2) + a sofa and 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, DVD player and a stereo.
The house has 2 large bedrooms, one double one twin, both with french doors to the outside space. The twin bedroom is en-suite. And there is a second bathroom next to the double bedroom.
In front of the property, there is a courtyard with flowers. The first level terrace has a large table with chairs for outside dining and a barbecue. The second level terrace has a shadowed pergola and loungers. Both terraces are large with beautiful views over the village towards the sea and mountains behind. 

Milatos is perfect for a relaxing break, quiet, with a nice feel of a traditional Cretan village.
Milatos village is about 10 minutes walk from Milatos Beach, with a handfull of good local tavernas/restaurants overlooking the sea, a few shops for essentials, and a beach bar with internet access. Car hire and taxis are also available.
Nearby attractions include Milatos cave, further afield lies the village of Sissi (10min drive), the market town of Neapoli (15min drive) which leads to the road up to Lassithi Plateau.
The beautiful town of Agios Nikolaos must be visited and is about a 30min drive away. 

The house has 2 large terraces on 2 levels with panoramic sea and mountain views with a shadowed pegola at the top, outside dining, loungers, parasol + bbq+ a downstairs courtyard with flowers.

The village house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the village house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The village house has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
