Only a few mins walk to the popular Villamartin Plaza, filled with bars and restaurants as well as a supermarket, bank and other shops and services. Beautiful blue flag sandy beaches only a 10 mins drive away. 3 other golf courses are within a short drive: Las Ramblas, Campoamor and La Finca.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, a east facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, golf, tennis, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a museum.
