Baan Luxor is set in the most convenient location, about half way (3km) between Chaweng beach and Bophut Fishermans Village. Your magnificently designed holiday home comes fully equipped including the private Jacuzzi. It offers all modern comforts with a touch of Ancient Egyptian magic in the tropics. About 170 sqm of living space comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with skylights plus guest toilet, 2 plant filled atriums, large living/dinning, European kitchen with granite bench tops and a breakfast bar. Your private Jacuzzi with pool and mountain views is located on the main bedrooms terrace! The house is furnished with all new and comfortable furniture and also boasts 42" and 32" flat panel LCD TVs, entertainment systems, white goods, iron and everything else to make you feel at home right away.

The communal 12 x 6 m salt water pool is set in a small but beautiful tropical garden and features a waterfall in black stone guarded by statues of Sphinxes and an under-water Ankh - an Ancient Egyptian Cross of Life. It is ment to energise the water and bring extra health benefits if not quite an eternal life to the bathers. The Sala, an open pavilion sits at an edge of the pool and is a perfect place to relax and unwind.  

The prices are for up to 4 people (use of 2 bedrooms) with the 3rd bedroom being 10 Euro/per day extra.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

We had a wonderful stay at Baan Luxor. The quality of the property was fantastic. Very tranquil with private surrounds, yet so central to the chaweng beach and the island's ringroad - perfect for business trip or a family getaway. Having the landlord on site to meet your every need was also a luxury....just like a home away from home, but with many of the benefits of staying in a hotel. Thank you for your hospitality Jan. I will definately be back at Baan Luxor on my next visit to Koh Samui!

We would all like to thank you very much for making our stay at the Baan Luxor such a wonderful experience. It is truly a little paradise and all the facilities are first class. You combine this with tremendous hospitality and you can't but help have a wonderful holiday. There is no doubt that we will return and many of our friends and family are excited about holidaying there. Koh Samui itself is great and still relatively unspoilt. The Baan Luxor is in an excellent location to get to all points on the island and its close proximity to Chaweng Beach and Fishermans Village makes it ideal

We stayed at Baan Luxor for 2 weeks over the New Year and were very pleased with accommodation and the service we received from Yan and Guy. Very clean, Quiet and friendly,5 minutes in the jeep to Chaweng and Bophut and also the airport. They also helped us order in food and we had bbq's and friends round it was a home from home in Samui. would go back there in a minute.

JUST ARRIVED BACK AFTER SPENDING 2 WEEKS AT THE BEAUTIFUL VILLA BAAN LUXOR. THE VILLA WAS SUPERB EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT AND BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED AND SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THE OWNER JAN AND KAI VERY HELPFUL WITH TRANSPORT AND ADVICE EVEN TOO ORDERING FOOD IN IF YOU DECIDE YOU WANT TO STAY PUT AND RELAX AND WATCH TV OR JUST CHILL OUT IN THE BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS. Baan Luxor proved to be the most amazing accomodation. The house is magnificent, very spacious and beautifully decorated. The private outside jacuzzi is astonishing. The swimming pool is shared with 3 other houses but we never saw anyone else and it was all very private. The location is great as we ended up discovering all of Koh Samui rather than staying in one place. The owner was fabulous and very helpful arranging anything and in providing useful tips where to go. All in all this accomodation topped a 5 star hotel for us and I would thoroughhly recommend it to anyone.
