- The Ayia Triada region was once Cypriot farmland with the old town of Paralimni as the focal point.
- Ayia Napa was an old fishing village which was developed in a major tourist area and was the most recognised town on the East side of Cyprus.
- In more recent times Protaras has been developed making this a very busy and popular holiday destination catering for the family with Fig Tree Bay known as one of the best beaches on the island.
- Ayia Triada is ideally located between Protaras and Paralimni giving you the best of both worlds. Visit the old town for historical and cultural reasons as well as supermarkets (as big as an Asda type store), or take a short ride to Protaras for the shops, beaches, restaurants and bars you would expect in a busy resort.
- Ayia Triada is unspoilt with quieter beaches nearby and superb views out to sea.
- The region has excellent sea front walks and because of the high proportion of villas you will find the peace and tranquillity a refreshing change.
- A short trip North will see you at Famagusta, the "Ghost Town." Untouched since the Turkish invasion and still patrolled by the UN Forces.
- In summary the villa is ideally located to provide the base for whatever type of holiday you require. 

- The villa was built in 2006 and was designed to provide all of its guests with the luxury one would expect.
- You can comfortably enjoy the villa and its surroundings for your entire stay or use it as an ideal base to venture throughout the island.
- The villa has been tastefully decorated and furnished to suit all needs.
- Don't leave without watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace with a glass of wine or gazing out towards the sea during those long hot days!
 

- There are two supermarkets on the right as you leave the villa entrance. Both have all the necessary daily items you require from milk to newspapers, water, ice creams etc
- Also to the right there are a number of restaurants all, traditional Cypriot style. Nearest McDonalds is in Protaras.
- A short walk past the hotel opposite the first supermarket takes you directly to the sea front with beaches spread all along the front.
- For main shopping head to Orphanides which is on the left hand side of the main road leading into Paralimni. This supermarket is large and provides you with all the goods you would expect from Asda or Sainsbury.  

The villa benefits from sun loungers and tables and chairs around the pool and the roof top terrace. There is a traditional stone barbecue located at the rear of the villa. All rooms come complete with air conditioning , wardrobes and furnished with modern decor. The villa has a fence around the perimeter to give maximum privacy. The lounge benefits from satellite TV, DVD and CD system. Linen and towels are provided but NOT towels for sunbathing. There is an outdoor shower as well as 2 internal bathrooms. The kitchen comes equipped with all the facilities you would expect at home. The master bedroom has a built in safe to secure all your valuables

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The kitchen, lounge and dining area are located on the ground floor. There is a small bathroom with toilet, sink, basin and shower cubicle.
There is a ground floor bedroom with twin beds and wardrobes.
We must point out that there is only stepped access from the outdoor paved areas into the villa. There are no handrails or emergency pull cords.
The owners cannot accept any responsibilty for any accidents or injuries
that may occur as a result of this. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

We are back safe and sound although I don't think my liver will recover!
We thought the villa was great. We had everything we needed. The pool did get cleaned. The barby was great and we had a feast on that. Suggest you leave a couple of taxi numbers and refer to the local Kouzalis Hotel as a focal point of the villas location.
It was great so very glad we got in touch and we would definitely come back. Cheers Sarah
