The Vrysoulles villa is a beautifully presented luxury, high specification, very traditional, fully air conditioned Cypriot villa with beamed vaulted natural timber ceilings. The villa contains many typical Cypriot features with arches & natural stone incorporated throughout. On the ground floor you will find a very generous kingsize bedroom with en-suite, ample fitted wardrobes, dressing table with mirror & bedside cabinets. Also a large lounge with a feature fire place, lcd TV & complete home cinema system with local satellite TV, to be viewed from two sumptuous leather sofas, one of which is a good quality double sofa bed if required.
The kitchen/ diner is fully fitted with every mod con. The oak units with granite tops contain all the kitchen ware you may require. There is also a large modern dining table with seating for 6.
Also there is a WC & under stairs cupboard containing iron & board & a security safe for any valuables.
On the 1st floor you will find 2 more bedrooms 1 large twin with bedside cabinets & mirror & 1 kingsize with dressing table, mirror & bedside cabinets. Both equiped with fitted wardrobes. A shower room & WC can also be found on this floor. All bedrooms have balconies with seating provided. The master benefits from a 18ft x 12ft balcony with a 5 piece sofa set to enable you to relax & enjoy the beautiful mountain views.
Externally the villa has a beautiful 8x4m pool & poolside shower. With 6 luxury sun loungers, 2 large parasols & patio set for 6 with a gas bbq for al-fresco dining.
The beautiful professionally designed garden contains an astro turfed childs play area with play house & various palm & fruit trees. There is also off road parking for 2 cars. There is also an external staircase to take you to the 1st floor shower room.
The villa is situated amongst orange groves & is very quiet & peaceful & therefore ideal for families who wish to relax in comfort away from it all. The village affords every possible convenience. There are numerous high quality restaurants & taverna’s, a large supermarket, banks, petrol station & excellent 24 hr bakery most of which are within walking distance.
 

The villa is a 30 min drive from Larnaca airport. The busier resorts of Agia Napa & Protaras are a 20 min drive & the large town of Paralimni is 10 mins away. The ghost town of Famagusta can be visited( with additional car insurance) & is a 5 min drive. The lovely beaches of Agia Napa ,Protaras & Cape Grekko are all within a 20 min drive.
A car is recommended for your stay & can be arranged at very competitive rates.
The villa is also equipped with a cot bed, stair gates,room fans & bed guards.
The villa is managed by a very competent & helpful couple who live 2 doors away so any assistance or information you may require is close to hand.
Bed linen & towels are provided for your use.
A refundable deposit of £200.00 is required against damages.
 

 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the LOUNGE. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
